Criss, a dynamic leader, plays a pivotal role in directing the company, providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership. With a background in Civil Engineering and Building Construction, he has been involved in the construction industry since 2011.

Under Criss's guidance and with the support of the Board of Directors, the company has experienced rapid growth. Noteworthy projects that Criss has been involved in include the development of the Biggest Landfill in Jempol, the installation of the Goliath Crane in Malaysia Marine Heavy Engineering, the Malaysia 1440MW CCGT Power Plant Project, the RGT-2 Terminal Project, and the PDT-3 Terminal Project, Development of Microsoft Data Centre in Bukit Jalil, Tik Tok Data Centre in Kulai.

Building on the company's success and continued growth, Criss is now expanding the business into other fields through collaborations with leading corporations. The company is investing in various sectors such as construction machinery and equipment, security devices, flooring solutions, plantation, and property development.

Ng, with his vast knowledge and extensive experience in the construction industry across Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and the Maldives, brings invaluable expertise to the table. With over 30 years of experience in the field, he has been actively involved in the construction industry since the early 1990s.
Throughout his career, Ng has successfully explored and navigated the construction markets of multiple countries, gaining valuable insights and a deep understanding of the industry. His contributions have been instrumental in the completion of significant projects that showcase his capabilities.

Notable projects that Ng has been involved in include the Mandarin Garden in West Coast, the Oil Factory in Jurong Island, the construction of the First Mosque's Dome in the Maldives, the Galeria Perdana construction in Langkawi, and architectural work for Genting Casino, among others.Ng holds a crucial position within the company, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. His meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive project management skills enable him to oversee every aspect of the project site, from the smallest item to overall planning. By employing his expertise, Ng guarantees smooth project execution and successful project outcomes.

Mr. TAN KIM SENG
- HEAD OF OPERATION DEPARTMENT
Bachelor (Hons) Degree In Mechanical Engineering, University of Science Malaysia (2013).

Kim Seng brings a wealth of experience to CA Construction, with a diverse background in the construction industry. Kim Seng's expertise lies in HVAC system design, equipment procurement, and system application. During his tenure as HVAC Design Lead Engineer at Sembcorp Marine Ltd (Singapore) from 2014 to 2017, he played a key role in major projects such as the Transocean Drillship, Jack-up Rig Hercules Highlander, and Heerema Sleipnir Semi-Submersible Crane Vessel.
His experience extends to technical support, including resolving product-related inquiries for regional alliances, addressing on-site issues, and conducting training for new product launches or software at Daikin Airconditioning (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

Kim Seng also holds a Level 1 IRATA license in rope access, gained during his time at Globe Tech Services Sdn Bhd (Johor Bahru), where he served as a Business Development Manager from 2018 to 2019. In this role, he oversaw various maintenance services, including high-rise building maintenance, elevator maintenance, and working at height projects accessible by rope access. He was also involved in setting up IRATA rope access training.

Since joining CA Construction, Kim Seng has taken on the role of Head of the Operations Department. In this position, he is responsible for coordinating and completing projects within budget, scope, and timeline, working closely with his team. He oversees all aspects of the projects, including setting deadlines, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
Kim Seng's extensive and diverse experience in different areas of the construction industry enables him to effectively engage with clients and deliver satisfactory work at the conclusion of each project.
